India STEM Lab, under AICRA, is looking for a passionate Engineer Trainer to conduct engaging robotics training programs at schools. As an Engineer Trainer, you will have the opportunity to inspire students and educators, helping them explore the fascinating world of robotics and enhance their understanding of STEM concepts through hands-on projects. Your key responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive training sessions on robotics concepts, programming, and hands-on project development to students and teachers. You will collaborate with the STEM Lab team to develop and refine training materials and project guides that align with educational standards. Additionally, you will supervise student projects, provide guidance and support to ensure successful completion and learning outcomes. Furthermore, you will organize and lead workshops, demonstrations, and interactive sessions to showcase robotics applications and inspire creativity. It will be essential to evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs. You will also be responsible for training and supporting school teachers in integrating robotics and STEM activities into their curricula, advocating for the importance of STEM education and its impact on student engagement and future opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should have a B. Tech. in EC or Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in teaching or training, particularly in robotics or STEM education. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to robotics (e.g., Python, C++) and familiarity with robotic kits and platforms are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be crucial for engaging and motivating students effectively.
