Role Overview: As an Intercom Implementation Expert at TransFunnel, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end Intercom implementations, including bots, chat flows, ticketing systems, and help center setup. Your role will involve designing and deploying advanced Intercom workflows for support automation, CSAT collection, and deflection strategies. Additionally, you will integrate Intercom with CRMs, telephony platforms, and other customer data platforms to optimize support chains and customer journey automation. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end Intercom implementations, including bots, chat flows, ticketing systems, and help center setup. - Design and deploy advanced Intercom workflows for support automation, CSAT collection, and deflection strategies. - Integrate Intercom with CRMs, telephony platforms, and other customer data platforms. - Build and optimize Fin AI bots for intelligent query handling, lead routing, and customer behavior prediction. - Configure Custom Bots, Resolution Bots, and Inbox Workflows using Operator and Fin rules. - Set up and manage Intercom dashboards, reporting, and performance insights for Support KPIs. - Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data integrity between platforms. - Create personalized onboarding flows, NPS surveys, and product usage campaigns. - Optimize support chains and customer journey automation. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of work experience in Intercom implementation. - Experience in integrating Intercom with CRMs, telephony platforms, and other customer data platforms. - Proficiency in building and optimizing Fin AI bots. - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to ensure data integrity between platforms. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Requirements: - Educational Background: BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Professional Experience: Minimum 8 years in wireless site reliability engineering or related areas with a solid understanding of wireless network components. - Wireless Protocols and Standards: Expertise in technologies like 802.11ac, 802.11ax, WPA, Radius, EAP, 802.1X. - Wireless Access Points and Controllers: Strong familiarity with WLAN controllers, especially Mist. - RF Design and Troubleshooting: Understanding RF fundamentals, site surveys, spectrum analysis, interference mitigation, and optimization for events. - Network Skills: Proficiency in TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, VPN, L2 switching. - Programming and Scripting Skills: Experience in Python, Perl, Bash. - Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, Nautobot/Netbox, Netdisco. - System Administration: Knowledge of Linux system fundamentals is advantageous. - Problem-Solving and Communication: Systematic problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and a sense of ownership. Ways To Stand Out: - Support Automation: Using operational signals for problem-solving, expertise in synthetics like UXI, Signal7, Wyebot. - Code Optimization: Debugging and optimizing code, automating tasks. - Platform Exposure: Experience with Mellanox/Cumulus Linux, Mist Wireless, Cisco Wireless. - Security Awareness: Knowledge of WLAN security components like ISE. - Previous SRE experience. Salary: 45 - 50 INR per year (Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN or Pune, Maharashtra, IN),
