Supply/FG Planner

• To serve as a liaison between teams to build supply plans.
• Responsible for building effective supply strategies that align with financial objectives of the company & prioritization of supplies for SA-MEA Clusters (namely Turkey, Middle East & Pakistan)
• Accountable for collaborating with Inventory Management Team to resolve issues related to product shipment delays
• Recommend exception supply management activities.
• Support preparation of Ship Risk report and ensure % target is met.
• Engage with POD & GSM to ensure that supply is in-line with demand.
• Deliver Production Requests to GSM based on target Safety Stock, production lead time and supply chain strategies at Product level.
• Review and publish the size requirement thru APO system to generate the Purchase Orders
• Owns communication with GSM to prioritize plan, review/ late/no supply deliveries.
• Coordinate off-cycle requests/ requirement of affiliates Additional Goods Receipts.
• Own relationship with SSM's for local production and follow mix of Global & local WOW
• Location Bangalore & Reporting to Lead - MPIM
  

About You

• Experience in inventory & finished goods planning and a business background in retail, wholesale or e-commerce channel sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities including the ability to quickly identify and communicate implications from consumer, internal and marketplace information.
• Capable of swiftly analyzing numerous lines of records while ensuring precision.
• Having proficiency in Power Query and Macro usage can provide a valuable edge.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad, diverse group of business partners, mainly the cross-functional team.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• APO Demand Planning and Supply Network planning is comfortable working in planning book and a SME.
• Advanced usage in SAP S4
• Production planning and scheduling
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain experience with multicultural exposure, preferably in apparel
• Advanced Excel, Power Point
• Demonstrated forecasting/planning expertise and experience in apparel/ fashion retail
• Proven experience on understanding of Supply planning or Finished goods planning
• Macros & Power BI is added advantage
• Skilled team member who possesses exceptional analytical & communication skills
