Your Role: - Implement and configure Oracle Supply Planning to meet business needs. - Customize Oracle Supply Planning modules for unconstrained planning scenarios. - Support data integration between Oracle Supply Planning and existing systems. - Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation. - Conduct training sessions and provide post-go-live support to end-users. - Lead business requirement gathering and translate them into Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management solutions. - Design robust and scalable solutions for Supply Planning and Demand Management. - Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and customizations. - Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Create user-friendly documentation and training materials. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including system health checks and upgrades. In the area of Software Engineering, you will: - Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. - Be responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. - Exercise original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. - Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline to meet standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role. - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. Your Profile: - Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning and Demand Management modules. - Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles and processes. - Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and data transformation. - Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, IT, and business teams. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to lead client workshops, solution design, and implementation activities. - Familiarity with trade and supply-chain-management software.
