Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations. Assisting in maintaining security of warehouse.

As a Supply Lead at our fast-growing sports-tech platform based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in expanding our franchise network and developing our supply chain. Our platform aims to democratize access to quality sports and fitness infrastructure, allowing users to discover and book sports venues, certified coaches, and structured programs across multiple cities. With backing from leading investors like Dream11's Dream Capital and Clear Bridge Ventures, we have expanded to over 8 cities with more than 2,000 active venues. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with sports academies, fitness centers, grounds, and coaches to grow our network, managing the complete property acquisition cycle from site discovery to closure, ensuring high conversion rates of leads, and structuring franchise-based models for training centers and facilities. Additionally, you will roll out franchise SOPs, conduct market research, engage with vendors and real estate partners, and act as the primary relationship manager for our partners and franchisees. To excel in this role, you should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in supply acquisition, franchise development, retail expansion, or property onboarding. Hands-on experience in conversion-focused roles, setting up stores or franchise units, and a high comfort level with travel and on-ground work are essential. Strong negotiation skills, relationship building abilities, and business acumen are also key attributes we are looking for. Experience in sports, fitness, QSR, or multi-location retail operations will be a strong advantage.
