Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning supplies and equipment, and manage the purchasing process. Track room check-out and check-in schedules to assign room cleaning tasks effectively. Supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring the team meets cleaning standards and deadlines. Ensure good communication and leadership skills are used to manage the team and maintain service quality. Qualifications: Experience in managing a housekeeping team. Strong understanding of cleaning and housekeeping operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate the team. Ability to handle customer service issues and maintain a high level of service.
