Supply Chain Technical Solution Architect

Role Overview: You are required to lead the design, integration, and optimization of supply chain systems, focusing on platforms like Anaplan and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Your strategic mindset should align with industry best practices to ensure flexibility for future system changes and enhance operational efficiency in line with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions, ensuring flexibility for future system changes and optimizing efficiency. - Design scalable and integrated supply chain architectures covering areas such as demand planning, inventory management, transportation, and logistics. - Oversee the integration of Anaplan and OTM with enterprise systems like ERP and CRM, evaluating and recommending new tools based on evolving needs. - Provide guidance on industry best practices, build adaptable frameworks for future system changes, and optimize workflows using technology. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and serve as the subject matter expert in supply chain technology. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 7+ years in supply chain management, logistics, or technical solution architecture with expertise in Anaplan and OTM. - Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Anaplan and OTM, ERP systems, cloud-based platforms, and advanced analytics tools. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
