Job Description

Job Responsibility:- To plan production (in co-ordination with production team) based on the demand received from Sales team. To plan materials considering lead time, inventory norm and production plan. To make purchase requisition accordingly. To ensure availability of approved API/RM/PM for production plan. To coordinate with Production, Packing, Purchase, QA, QC, Ware House, Purchase and Logistics teams for day to day activities. To monitor Plan Vs Actual production/packaging and report. To maintain optimum inventory and take action on non-moving, slow moving regularly. To be responsible for general QMS document, including artwork version management. To plan day to day dispatch activities by coordination with Packaging, warehouse, Logistics departments. To maintain desired service level by tracking FG inventory and backorders. To drive & support Operational excellence and Kaizen ideas. Co-ordination & Data compilation for Monthly Dashboard and MIS reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, PPT.
