Job Roles & Responsibilities for Purchase Executive for Civil Division Procurement: Sourcing Product's, Selecting Vendors, Price Negotiation, Purchasing Supplier Relationship: Building & Managing Relationships with Vendor. Purchase Order Management: Creating, Overseeing & Managing Purchase Orders. Inventory Management: Ensuring Timely Delivery of the Materials & Maintaining the Inventory Levels. Coordination: Coordinating with the internal team, Project team and suppliers for Procurement needs. Software Design Planning: To Maintain the Inventory at easy levels Make the Plan & Develop the software plan. Financial Reconciliation: At the end of every year, reconcile the suppliers & payment statement Candidates will be more preferable if having Purchase/Procurment experience in NHAI , Constructions industry and National highways projects ,Road projects, Govternmant Civil Projects Etc.
