Technical Support: • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and project teams to define quality requirements. • Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone). • Provide technical guidance on welding, NDT, coatings, and material specifications. Continuous Improvement: • Drive supplier improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and APQP methodologies. • Lead cost-of-poor-quality (COPQ) reduction projects. Documentation & Reporting: • Maintain supplier quality records, audit reports, and inspection data. • Prepare regular reports on supplier performance and quality KPIs.
