Lead end-to-end Program Management and Delivery of a large-scale global Source to Pay (S2P) business transformation program, driving multiple critical workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Own program management and delivery of the global S2P business transformation initiative Lead detailed planning and execution across four main workstreams: WS-PD: Global Source to Pay (R2P) process design, development, and testing WS-SE: Global supplier enablement and supplier content enablement framework WS-CM: Global S2P Change Management framework WS-MD: Master and Transaction data interface design, development, testing, cut-over, and go-live Manage and guide multiple Project Managers to deliver activities across these workstreams Lead the creation, deployment, and maintenance of key project management deliverables: Detailed project plans Resource allocation and budgeting Status reporting and governance mechanisms Risk registers and mitigation plans Success metrics and KPIs Communication strategies Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirements, design, development, testing, cut-over, go-live, and handover Drive Solution and Integration Architects to define and deliver optimal architecture solutions for business transformation Collaborate with process, functional, and technical stakeholders to finalize S2P process designs aligned to transformation goals Lead Supplier Enablement teams to develop and deploy global frameworks for supplier onboarding on SAP Business Network and Ariba Guide Change Management teams in designing comprehensive global change frameworks to support the transformation Oversee Test Management teams to ensure thorough testing strategies and execution Facilitate project governance, daily change management, and escalate risks/issues to Steering Committees as necessary Manage budget, financials, work plans, milestones, and ongoing risk management Review project deliverables and provide actionable feedback to Project Managers Lead execution of cut-over plans and manage go-live activities Act as the primary escalation point for the program Required Skills & Experience: Extensive knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, especially Source to Pay (S2P) Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA Material Management and Accounts Payable modules Experience in supplier enablement on SAP Ariba Supplier Network (SAP Business Network) Deep understanding of centralized procurement and accounts payable operations in a global context Proven expertise in Change Management frameworks for large-scale S2P business transformations Knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP S4 HANA integration via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Strong grasp of Project and Program Management methodologies including risk, milestone, and deliverable management Detail-oriented with ability to manage micro-planning and macro-level oversight Minimum 15 years experience leading diverse teams: Project Managers, SMEs, Consultants, Architects, Change Managers, and others in global business transformations Excellent documentation skills: project plans, status reports, risk and budget reports At least 5 years experience engaging with CXO-level steering committees Excellent verbal and written communication skills 15+ years managing global SAP Ariba deployments integrated with SAP S4 HANA and SAP MDG Financial Services industry knowledge preferred
