Lead end-to-end Program Management and Delivery of a large-scale global Source to Pay (S2P) business transformation program, driving multiple critical workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Own program management and delivery of the global S2P business transformation initiative Lead detailed planning and execution across four main workstreams: WS-PD: Global Source to Pay (R2P) process design, development, and testing WS-SE: Global supplier enablement and supplier content enablement framework WS-CM: Global S2P Change Management framework WS-MD: Master and Transaction data interface design, development, testing, cut-over, and go-live Manage and guide multiple Project Managers to deliver activities across these workstreams Lead the creation, deployment, and maintenance of key project management deliverables: Detailed project plans Resource allocation and budgeting Status reporting and governance mechanisms Risk registers and mitigation plans Success metrics and KPIs Communication strategies Oversee all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirements, design, development, testing, cut-over, go-live, and handover Drive Solution and Integration Architects to define and deliver optimal architecture solutions for business transformation Collaborate with process, functional, and technical stakeholders to finalize S2P process designs aligned to transformation goals Lead Supplier Enablement teams to develop and deploy global frameworks for supplier onboarding on SAP Business Network and Ariba Guide Change Management teams in designing comprehensive global change frameworks to support the transformation Oversee Test Management teams to ensure thorough testing strategies and execution Facilitate project governance, daily change management, and escalate risks/issues to Steering Committees as necessary Manage budget, financials, work plans, milestones, and ongoing risk management Review project deliverables and provide actionable feedback to Project Managers Lead execution of cut-over plans and manage go-live activities Act as the primary escalation point for the program Required Skills & Experience: Extensive knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, especially Source to Pay (S2P) Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA Material Management and Accounts Payable modules Experience in supplier enablement on SAP Ariba Supplier Network (SAP Business Network) Deep understanding of centralized procurement and accounts payable operations in a global context Proven expertise in Change Management frameworks for large-scale S2P business transformations Knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP S4 HANA integration via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Strong grasp of Project and Program Management methodologies including risk, milestone, and deliverable management Detail-oriented with ability to manage micro-planning and macro-level oversight Minimum 15 years experience leading diverse teams: Project Managers, SMEs, Consultants, Architects, Change Managers, and others in global business transformations Excellent documentation skills: project plans, status reports, risk and budget reports At least 5 years experience engaging with CXO-level steering committees Excellent verbal and written communication skills 15+ years managing global SAP Ariba deployments integrated with SAP S4 HANA and SAP MDG Financial Services industry knowledge preferred

Lead and support end-to-end Invoice Receipt to Invoice Pay (I2P) business process design and enablement using SAP Ariba modules, including Contract Compliance and Supplier Enablement, across global rollouts. Key Responsibilities: Lead business requirements workshops focused on Invoice Receipt to Invoice Pay (I2P) processes, including Contract Compliance Design and develop the document exchange marketplace (SAP Business Network / Ariba Supplier Network) aligned with business requirements Document commodity-specific buying channels and create buying channel decision matrices Develop detailed To-be process documentation (Level 5 functional specifications) and conduct As-is vs To-be fit-gap analyses Collaborate with Architects to identify and resolve solution gaps Lead creation and maintenance of requirements traceability matrix throughout the solution lifecycle Support technical configurators in specification development and solution configuration Contribute to design and development of Supplier Enablement, Catalogue Management, and Contract Compliance strategies Assist teams in executing supplier enablement, catalogue management, and contract compliance activities Develop and guide data cleansing strategies for relevant data elements Provide process and functional inputs for SAP Ariba and SAP S4 HANA integration design and development Support Test Manager in designing test strategies, scenarios, scripts, plans, and schedules for SIT and UAT Assist in execution of testing cycles and lead resolution of test issues in coordination with technical teams Lead cut-over plan design, especially migration of historical/WIP transaction data into SAP Ariba Support training strategy development, train-the-trainer programs, and training material creation for key and end users Lead execution of cut-over plans and go-live functional activities Required Skills & Experience: Thorough knowledge of SAP Ariba modules covering Invoice Receipt to Invoice Pay (I2P) Expertise in I2P business processes and their enablement via SAP Ariba Strong experience with Ariba Supplier Network (SAP Business Network) usage and configuration Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP S4 HANA through Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Strong documentation skills covering invoice receipt, eInvoice ASN configuration, invoice reconciliation, payment advice, and invoice payment at Level 5 detail Experience leading global business process design workshops and espousing best practices Proven track record in developing and maintaining global process playbooks for regional/country rollouts Experience supporting supplier enablement on ASN and catalogue/contract line content creation Experience in change management, testing, and training support 10+ years of global SAP Ariba deployment experience Financial Services industry knowledge is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities for Mechanical Engineer - Expediter / Cost Control - Min. 10+ Years Experience 1. Expediting Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for projects. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to track order status and resolve any delays or issues. Review and maintain procurement schedules to align with project timelines. Conduct regular follow-ups and provide updates on order progress to project stakeholders. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods. Verify that all materials and equipment meet specified quality and technical standards before acceptance. 2. Cost Control Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with procurement teams to achieve cost savings through negotiations and alternative sourcing strategies. Identify and manage cost risks, implementing measures to mitigate financial impact on the project. 3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and cost reports. Generate regular progress and cost control reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure proper documentation of all communications with vendors and suppliers. Support audits and reviews by providing accurate and complete records. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams to align on project requirements and priorities. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address non-conformance issues and ensure resolution. Facilitate effective communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 5. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Strong understanding of Project management, procurement, and cost control processes. Must have EPC Project experience with the Knowledge of Rotary & static equipment i.e. Pumps (CEP, MDBFP, Sump Pumps), Motors, CPU, Condenser, Heaters, deaerators. If Turbine erection and execution experience preferred. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Excel, SAP/ERP systems). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
