Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to engage suppliers, emphasizing the benefits of joining our platform at no cost Criteria for the Role! 10+ years of experience in supplier management, business development, or account management, ideally within the supply chain or manufacturing environment. Proven experience in developing value propositions that resonate with suppliers and demonstrate business benefits, particularly in a supply chain context. Strong industry expertise with a deep understanding of supplier dynamics, market trends, and supply chain best practices. Relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based connections with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly convey complex value propositions and benefits to suppliers. who understands SCM at ground level knowledge of SCM tools
