KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess potential suppliers against the company's criteria for quality, cost, delivery, and risk. Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality systems, and compliance with industry and company standards. Candidate must have experience in Cable, Harness and component manufacturing (injection moulding) industry. Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and implement improvement measures. Work with suppliers to enhance their processes and capabilities. Follow up for closure of non-conformities and update the status to SQA and Purchase team. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with suppliers. REQUIRED SKILLS: Well versed with cable industry and its manufacturing and testing process/method.
