You have over 10 years of experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Aerospace engineering, with a Master's degree being an added advantage. Your expertise lies in Virtual Manufacturing and Industrialization of Design within Aerospace or Aviation industries. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, particularly PTC Creo and Windchill, is preferred. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for various aspects including DFX (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance) analysis. You will conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) for complex sub-systems and collaborate with suppliers to ensure design requirements are met. Your role will involve creating and maintaining Design Construction Guidelines and SOPs, providing support during Prototype to Pilot Series ramp-up, and assisting in the development of manufacturing processes such as Work Instructions and Control Plans. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends, emerging techniques, and manufacturing processes to ensure competitiveness.
