Providing exceptional customer service to suppliers by addressing inquiries and offering support will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, previous experience in the diamond industry would be advantageous. Residing in Mumbai and fluency in spoken Gujarati are essential requirements. An extensive professional network within the local diamond community would be a significant asset, facilitating valuable connections. Strong negotiation and communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with potential suppliers. Being highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of exceeding targets are qualities we are seeking in potential candidates.
