We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, support audit processes, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate basic logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, proficiency in financial reporting, and the ability to oversee inventory, stock movement, and dispatch activities in coordination with the operations team. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & FinanceMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals. Prepare and post daily accounting entries (AP/AR, expense booking, bank entries, etc.). Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances. Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and supporting schedules. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner. Audit & ComplianceAssist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit trails. AdministrationSupport day-to-day administrative operations, including documentation and record management. Coordinate with other departments for smooth internal communication and workflow.
