Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Solid understanding of F&B operations, inventory control, and financial management. Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
