Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or similar). Proven experience in anodization, electroplating, or a related manufacturing process. Strong knowledge of anodizing process chemistry, equipment, and safety standards. Experience in plant management, including operations, maintenance, quality control, and budget management.
