Supervisor/Driver

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all logistics operations, including shipments, inventory, customs clearance, and vendor coordination. The role ensures efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods while complying with Qatar’s local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers and transporters for best rates and services.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays with carriers.
• Liaise with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, operations) to meet project requirements.
• Maintain records of all logistics activities, costs, and supplier performance.
• Support budget preparation and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
