Job Description:
We are looking to hire a responsible, proactive, and sincere SUPERVISOR to oversee day-to-day operations at our Maha e-Seva Kendra in Sanpada. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of internet-based services, and strong leadership qualities to manage the center and staff independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Maha e-Seva Kendra effectively.
• Supervise and coordinate with the office staff to ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle customer queries, documentation, and online portal submissions.
• Ensure discipline and productivity in the workplace.
• Maintain office records, data entry, and regular reporting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service delivery.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues independently.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Age between 25 to 30 years.
• Excellent communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, and basic English).
• Strong internet and computer knowledge – must be comfortable working on government portals and digital platforms.
• Proven ability to manage staff and office operations independently.
• Must be sincere, reliable, and committed to responsibilities.
• Prior experience in handling government service centers or customer service desks will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
