Supervisor Lithium-Ion Battery Assembly (Power Tools Manufacturing)

We are currently looking for a Supervisor to oversee our in-house Lithium-Ion battery assembly line for cordless/power tools. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading battery assembly operations for cordless/power tool batteries. This includes overseeing cell welding, wiring, and BMS integration, maintaining quality control, ensuring safety compliance, training and guiding the assembly team, as well as troubleshooting and coordinating with production & R&D teams. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma/Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in Lithium-Ion battery assembly within a factory setup. Additionally, you should possess hands-on knowledge of power tools, cordless tool batteries, and testing equipment, as well as strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This position is based in Tiruvottiyur, Chennai, and requires a 6-day work week on-site.
