• Administer of the daily stock transfer activities.

• Ensure that the FIFO and FEFO system are been followed during the operations.

• Unloading/Loading the trucks / Container as per process standards

• Administer daily work distribution among team members as per priority and customer requirements.

• Manage the team proactively by optimizing the departmental performance.

• Ensure 5S of the unloading/loading zones

• Ensure critical part/top urgent unloading with defined priorities.

• Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI)

• Record process quality problems and initiate or recommend solution to these problems, verify and control the implementation.

• Manage the absenteeism within the specified target.

• Report departmental KPIs, any deviation, reasons for gaps and counter measures to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
