Experience:
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of site supervision experience in civil, industrial projects.
Education:
• Diploma or any Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor all site activities and work execution on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety, and quality standards.
• Check and verify all materials received on site and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain and update daily site logs and progress reports.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or delays at the site.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at the site.
• Assist in scheduling inspections and liaising with consultants or clients when required.
• Monitor the usage of materials and ensure minimum wastage.
• Manage workforce attendance, performance, and discipline on-site.
• Track project milestones and deliverables against the work schedule.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials and resources.
• Identify and report potential issues that may impact project timelines.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with construction software tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc. is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
