Job Description

Experience & Qualification:

Supervise to execute Plumbing work at Site, Dewatering from footing, Water proofing, Finishing work, Supervise and execute repairing & maintenance work etc.

Supervise and manage plumbing installation and execution at the construction site
Oversee dewatering operations from footings to ensure dry and safe work areas
Supervise waterproofing activities to prevent water ingress and damage
Monitor finishing works related to plumbing to ensure quality and standards are met
Execute and supervise repairing and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures
Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with building codes on site
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other supervisors for timely completion
Inspect plumbing work for quality assurance and resolve any technical issues promptly
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation related to plumbing activities
Manage inventory and usage of plumbing materials and tools efficiently
Train and guide junior staff and helpers on plumbing best practices and safety protocols
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for plumbing system failures or issues during construction
