Manages the fabrication process, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal utilization of resources. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including welders, machinists, and other technicians. Identifies and resolves issues that arise during fabrication, ensuring timely solutions and minimal disruption. Conduct testing and validation of mechanical designs. Develop and execute plans for improving production efficiency and reducing waste. Address and resolve quality issues or defects in collaboration with the quality control team. Assist in the design and fabrication of mechanical systems and components.
