Supervisor

A supervisor in a real estate project plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction or development activities. The responsibilities typically include:

• Monitoring Progress: Ensure that the construction or development work is proceeding according to the project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Managing Site Activities: Oversee workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets the required standards and complies with local regulations, zoning laws, and building codes.
• Safety Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are followed, minimizing risks to workers and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment, making sure they are available and used efficiently on the site.
• Reporting: Regularly update the Civil engineer on the progress of the project, highlighting any issues that may need attention.
• Problem-Solving: When issues arise, the supervisor works to resolve them, whether they involve delays, resource shortages, or quality concerns.
• Client Interaction: In some cases, supervisors may communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, or real estate developers to provide updates and ensure expectations are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
