Supervisor - Cabin Appearance

Role Overview: As the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of your designated shift. Your main focus will be to ensure that all aircraft cabins are cleaned and prepared according to the established standards and within the specified time frame. Key Responsibilities: - Proper handover and takeover of the shift. - Reviewing flight schedules and assigning flights to the team. - Ensuring the availability of the required number of staff. - Checking the serviceability of equipment used. - Briefing all staff on duty assignments and any new instructions. - Ensuring the team follows laid down procedures. - Overseeing the adequate uplift of all amenities and toiletries on board. - Providing clearance to Cabin Crew after cleaning is completed. - Monitoring and following up on planned aircraft cleaning schedules, upholstery and carpet change schedules, and disinfection schedules. - Addressing and resolving all guest and crew complaints, taking corrective measures when necessary. - Ensuring all staff on duty are well-groomed and well-behaved. - Reporting all discrepancies and incidents. - Ensuring adherence to safety regulations. - Conducting regular training and refresher classes for the staff.
