Supervisor Business Intelligence

• Supervises the efforts of Business Intelligence Analysts within an assigned area of responsibility.

• Guides team efforts to research, analyze and report on business decisions / processes.

• Ensures appropriate team focus on key analytical activities, including: Business system and process evaluation.

• Revenue and marketplace analytics.

• Data synthesis and report generation.

• New or modified work process development.

• Engages with key operations managers and stakeholders to understand and research / address identified issues.

• Identifies opportunities for department-wide improvement and communicates with management to effectuate change.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

• Typically has 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence.

• Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
