As a part of the esteemed CGPA Group, which boasts a total worth of Rs 400 crores, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the mining site located in Ernakulam. Your primary responsibility as a Mines Mate will involve ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of mining activities on-site. This will include supervising workers, guaranteeing adherence to safety regulations, and assisting in resource and equipment coordination. Your role will also encompass maintaining detailed records of daily operations and promptly reporting any safety incidents that may occur. To excel in this role, you must hold approved Mines Mate certifications from DGMS and possess a solid understanding of mining operations and safety protocols. Your experience in supervising workers, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining accurate records will be invaluable. Additionally, your ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for success. While prior experience in the mining industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
