Supervising Associate-Senior Web UX Specialist

Role Overview: At EY in the Discipline of Design for Technology, as a Supervising Associate Web UX Specialist, you will be part of the EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) to deliver high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions. Your role will involve creating engaging visual designs and web experiences that align with the EY brand and enhance user engagement on external EY.com websites. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact with Canada BMC stakeholders for UX strategy - Enforce VI within the website team for Canada EY.com - Create page wireframes aligned with marketing KPIs - Ideate and produce Flourish visualizations for key projects - Coordinate with Global and US UX teams for knowledge exchange - Collaborate with the CSG team for dot com projects - Stay updated on new functionality and process changes by the Global team - Understand website taxonomy Qualifications Required: - Excellent US English written and verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of digital publishing and best practices - Proficiency in design software like Photoshop and MS Office - Knowledge of website UX and EY brand guidelines - Experience with Flourish for creating visualizations - Experience with Mural for webpage wireframes - Strong influencing and project management skills - Bachelor's or master's degree - Minimum 8 years of experience in website design and UX Additional Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) offers a dynamic global delivery network with career opportunities across various disciplines.
