You will be responsible for overseeing operations at a multicuisine restaurant located in High street, HSR Layout, Bangalore, as well as the expansion of Babai Tiffins, a Breakfast Brand in Bangalore. Your duties will include delegating tasks to restaurant staff, supervising their performance, and ensuring a fully-stocked inventory by ordering food supplies as needed. Additionally, you will manage dining reservations, online deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers for food product orders. As a Shift Manager, you will be expected to arrange shift coverage, help staff resolve challenges, track daily costs and revenues, and balance the cash register at the end of each shift. Ensuring client satisfaction and handling complaints gracefully are key aspects of the role. You may also be required to open or close the restaurant, inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks, and report maintenance and training needs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Shift Manager or similar role within the restaurant industry, with a strong customer service approach and excellent organizational skills. Team management abilities are essential, and certification from a culinary school would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule consists of day and morning shifts, with a performance bonus available based on your achievements. A minimum of 1 year of total work experience is preferred.
