Role Overview: We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with 58 years of experience to develop and maintain analytics and reporting applications. About the role We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager well-versed with emerging technologies to join our team. About the Role: Addressing support issues related to dashboards raised by CSMs and customers. Training the semantic layer behind the Ask Question feature, enriching it with deeper business context. Developing POCs or custom dashboards requested by customers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for dashboard development. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools, preferably QuickSight (other tools like Superset, Tableau, Power BI are also relevant). Query and manipulate datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all dashboards and reports. Work in a fast-paced environment to deliver dashboards on tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Provide training and support to end users on dashboard functionality and best practices. Stay current on industry trends and emerging BI tools and technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience working with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight. Strong SQL and data querying skills; familiarity with data modeling concepts in DBT is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in dashboard development and data visualization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Experience in customer-focused or Fintech SaaS environments is a plus.
