Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Service Engineer, located in Kolkata. The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and field service. Day-to-day tasks include maintenance and repair of CIJ printers, conducting site visits, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves effective communication with clients and addressing their technical concerns promptly. Qualifications Technical support and troubleshooting skills Field service experience, including maintenance and repair capabilities Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service Ability to work independently and handle on-site responsibilities Experience in the industrial printing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering, Technical field, or equivalent experience
