Experience in any IT or related field is preferred, and the location for this position is Vadodara, Gujarat. The work timings follow a US shift from 06:00/06:30 PM to 03:30/04:00 AM. Compensation offered is competitive within the industry, and the company operates as an IT Recruitment firm, a USA-based venture. The educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business, accounting, or a relevant field being a plus. The reporting structure includes interaction with Team Lead, Director, and Operations.
