Conduct regular training and development programs for nursing staff. Monitor infection control practices and patient safety measures. Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support departments for smooth functioning. Handle patient and staff grievances related to nursing services. Maintain records and reports as per hospital and regulatory requirements.
