You will be responsible for site measurements and preparing As-Built Plans for the grant of Occupation/Completion Certificates. This includes creating Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, Terrace Plans, Basement and Stilt Plans, and Area Statements for the approval/sanction of Building Plans. You will need to prepare Superimposed Drawings of As-Built Plans on approved Building Plans to assess deviations and identify compositional deviations. Coordination with sanctioning authorities regarding queries on submission drawings is also part of your role. Additionally, you should have skills for coordinating with the site team. You are expected to demonstrate initiative in achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision and values. Being a self-starter with excellent leadership qualities and technical proficiency is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, management, and organizational skills are required. Proficiency in English is a must. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the internal team of Patwari, Architects, and other stakeholders such as the Engineering Division. Maintaining contact with all clients for the assigned projects to ensure high levels of client satisfaction is crucial. Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance is also part of your duties. You should adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure their communication and implementation within the team. This is a Full-time job with a Day shift schedule. The work location is in Gurgaon, Haryana, and the ability to travel within the city, state, or region is required.,
