Company Description SuperChoice Financial Planning is a Melbourne-based advice firm specialising in retirement planning, superannuation, insurance, and wealth management. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Paraplanner . The Paraplanner will primarily focus on preparing compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) using AdviserLogic and/or Xplan . Responsibilities include conducting product and strategy research, analysing superannuation and insurance options, and ensuring advice documents meet licensee and regulatory standards. Alongside technical work, the role also involves administrative and client service support, such as replying to client emails, managing follow-ups, and assisting the adviser with workflow coordination to ensure smooth client service delivery. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a paraplanner Proficiency in AdviserLogic and/or Xplan (essential) Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, insurance, and investments Demonstrated experience preparing SOAs/ROAs and compliance-ready documents Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (must) Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
