Candidate should be from Aluminium Castings Machining Background only.Role & responsibilities Responsible for managing and executing the production targets as per the targetZero accident- major injuries and follow EHS standard on the shop floor.Ensure that there is no delay in Machining activities in MACHINE SHOP.Ensure that the average Machining Rejection is below 1 %Ensure that the Machining activities are as per the set standards.Coordinate with MACHINE SHOP maintenance team for the timely maintenance of machines.Ensure zero downtime for MACHINE SHOP VMC/HMC/CNCDaily Reports-Production failure analysis, Production achievement vs Target report, WIP report & FG Stock reportPreferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
