Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shiprocket Management & Logistics Head to oversee and manage our e-commerce shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shiprocket or similar logistics management platforms, ensuring smooth order processing, shipment tracking, courier coordination, and timely delivery. This role is crucial for optimizing logistics performance, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our Website: www.homero.in Key Responsibilities: 1. Shiprocket Management: Manage daily order processing through Shiprocket and other logistics dashboards. Integrate new marketplaces or websites with Shiprocket (if required). Monitor shipping status, track delays, and handle escalations with courier partners. Optimize courier selection based on cost, performance, and delivery timelines. Maintain accurate data on returns, undelivered orders (RTOs), and COD reconciliation. 2. Logistics & Supply Chain Oversight: Plan and oversee end-to-end logistics operations from order fulfillment to final delivery. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order packaging and pickup. Implement efficient systems for inventory and shipment tracking. Analyze logistics data to improve turnaround time and reduce shipping errors. 3. Vendor & Courier Coordination: Liaise with Shiprocket support and courier partners for resolving shipping issues. Negotiate and manage courier service contracts and rates. Track courier performance and maintain SLAs (Service Level Agreements). 4. Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports. Track KPIs such as delivery success rate, RTO rate, TAT, and cost per shipment. Provide actionable insights to management for logistics optimization. 5. Team Leadership: Supervise the logistics and dispatch team. Train staff on Shiprocket operations, packaging standards, and delivery procedures. Ensure adherence to company policies and operational SOPs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 25 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of Shiprocket software and courier integration systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing multi-channel logistics (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Knowledge of reverse logistics, COD settlements, and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with cost control and delivery performance metrics.
