Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore, for a Business Development Executive (BDE) – Inbound Sales. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling lead generation, managing client accounts, and driving overall business growth. The BDE will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet those needs. The BDE will also be involved in effective communication and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Qualifications 0–2 years in inbound sales, business development, or lead qualification; freshers with strong communication are welcome. Clear written and verbal communication; Tamil and English required, Malayalam/Hindi are a plus. Working knowledge of CRM, structured follow‑ups, and basic sales metrics. Problem‑solving mindset, persistence, and ability to work independently within a team. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Finance or related) or equivalent practical experience. Exposure to consulting/financial services or MSME ecosystem is an advantage.
