The Closing Manager & Pre Sales Caller will be responsible for managing the closing process, securing funding, handling sales, managing loans, and facilitating mortgage lending. Key responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, explaining product features, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth closing process. Qualifications Experience in Closings and managing the closing process Knowledge of Funding and securing necessary finances Skills in Sales and sales techniques Ability to handle Loans and manage loan applications Understanding of Mortgage Lending and related processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field Prior experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus
