Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Account Manager to lead and oversee the Accounts Department of our real estate company. The role involves managing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and expertise in real estate financial management. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the accounts and finance team. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor cash flow, project finances, and ensure optimal utilization of funds. Develop and implement effective internal financial controls and systems. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, RERA, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.). Collaborate with project, sales, and legal teams for accurate financial tracking of real estate transactions. Manage audits (internal, external, statutory) and liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business planning. Provide strategic financial insights to the management for decision-making and investments. Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to support project funding and business needs. Key Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounts/finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (real estate industry experience strongly preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
