Meet and interact with potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial) to understand their energy needs. Explain the benefits of solar energy, various financing models (CAPEX, OPEX), and available government subsidies or net metering options. Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility analysis and proposals. Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Assist in the preparation of commercial offers, proposals, and tender documents. Coordinate with internal teams for technical, design, and installation support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for brand promotion. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in solar or renewable energy). Good communication and presentation skills. Strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn technical aspects of solar energy. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Willing to travel locally or regionally as per business needs. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in rooftop solar (residential or commercial), solar EPC, or solar product sales. Understanding of net metering, solar subsidies, and government regulations. Own vehicle (for field travel) is a plus.
