Job Title: Account Assistant Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur, C.G. Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience) Experience Required: 1–3 years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support the finance and accounts department in day-to-day operations. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update accounting records and files. Handle daily data entry for sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers. Assist in bank reconciliations and journal entries. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain records of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances. Assist the senior accountant in preparing financial reports and statements. Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in financial documentation. Skills Required: Knowledge of accounting software (Tally / Excel / ERP systems). Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic understanding of taxation and compliance. Ability to work under deadlines. Preferred: Experience in handling GST, TDS, and invoice management. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
