Perform hand soldering of electronic components (through-hole and/or surface mount) to PCBs. Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Inspect solder joints to ensure quality and compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610). Rework and repair defective assemblies as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures at all times. Assist in the testing of finished assemblies if required. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
