Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Gujarat, India. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns. The role also involves training sales staff and managing sales operations efficiently. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Proficiency in Training sales staff Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Experience in the manufacturing or brass products industry is a plus
