Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – uPVC Windows & Doors Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Proprietor Location: Kerala (Field-Based) --- Job Summary: The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting Sunaru Engineering & Contracting’s uPVC windows and doors to potential customers, contractors, builders, and architects. The role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders while maintaining strong client relationships. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and approach potential customers, builders, architects, and interior designers. Generate leads through field visits, local promotions, and networking. Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients. 2. Customer Interaction & Sales Visit residential and commercial sites to promote products. Conduct product presentations and explain the advantages of uPVC windows & doors. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design and production team for quotations. Follow up on quotations and close sales efficiently. 3. Market Development Conduct field surveys to identify new business opportunities. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and local marketing campaigns. 4. After-Sales Coordination Ensure smooth communication between customer and production team for delivery and installation. Collect customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels. 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions. Update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly. Submit expense and activity reports on time. --- Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration Experience: Minimum 0–3 years in field marketing/sales (preferably in construction materials, uPVC, aluminium, or building products).
