We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Callers to join our team at a reputed overseas education consultancy in Thiruvananthapuram . As we celebrate 25 years of excellence and trust , we're expanding our operations and looking for individuals passionate about helping students pursue their international education dreams. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote our overseas education services Respond to inquiries, explain services, and provide accurate information about study abroad options Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and maintain follow-up with prospects Maintain call logs and update CRM/database with lead information Coordinate with the counseling and documentation team to assist students throughout the process Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in any field Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English Friendly, confident, and persuasive on the phone Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email) Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome What We Offer: Supportive work environment Training and growth opportunities in the overseas education sector Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work with a trusted brand with 25+ years of legacy Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,919.15 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
