The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Daily tasks will include managing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment to help drive business success. The HR Manager will collaborate with department heads to plan and coordinate HR activities and initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition Strong skills in Performance Management, Training and Development Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills Strong Organizational and Time Management skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
