• Program Structure

Phase 1: Onboarding & Training (Week 1–2)

• Company & product orientation
• Sales & CRM training
• On-ground strategy introduction

Phase 2: Field Execution & Performance (Week 3 onwards)

• Achieve a monthly revenue target of ₹40,000
• Convert verified leads and maintain reporting
• Participate actively in society, corporate, and clinic activations
• Stipend Details
• Fixed Component: ₹5,000/month
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000/month
• Total Potential Earnings: ₹15,000/month
• Certification & Placement Criteria

Interns who:
✔ Complete all 6 active months✔ Meet performance benchmarks in at least 4 months✔ Maintain active field participation & regular reporting

...will be eligible for a formal internship certificate and considered for a full-time position at One Health Assist.
